Camelot Castle, Maiden Castle and the Silver Well, the giant at Cerne Abbas – Nine Stones stone circle, seaside town of Westbay on the Jurassic Coast

A lovely day out, commencing at Camelot Castle (Arthur’s fort and training ground) and then on to the giant fertility symbol of Cerne Abbas.  Any maidens who are looking to start a family, a visit to the giant is highly recommended!  Afterwards, we will take a gentle walk to the Silver Well (the Heart Well) for a ceremony. On to Maiden Castle, once the largest hill fort in England, occupied by the Celts and later the Romans, whose spiritual temple foundation’s still exist. Next we will go to Nine Stones stone circle.  Time permitting, we complete the day on the picturesque coastal town of West Bay.  We will stop for lunch or cream tea on route.
